Increases medical assistance reimbursement rates by 23.7 percent for critical access mental health services provided on or after July 1, 2007, by psychiatrists, advanced practice registered nurses with psychiatric specialty, community mental health centers, and hospital outpatient psychiatric departments designated as essential community providers

Applies the rate increase to group skills training, psychotherapy, medication management, evaluation and management, diagnostic assessment, psychological testing, neuropsychological services, and inpatient consultation services

Extends the 23.7 percent rate increase effective January 1, 2008, to medication education services and behavioral aide services provided by adult rehabilitative and children's therapeutic services providers

Increases rates by 2.3 percent for individual and family skills training provided by children's therapeutic services and support providers effective January 1, 2008

Effective January 1, 2019, extends the 23.7 percent rate increase to noncritical access providers including independent clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, psychologists, and professional clinical counselors providing critical access services
