Amends section 120B.125 to require school districts include armed forces career options when helping students develop plans for successful transition to postsecondary education and employment.

Requires school districts to provide military recruiters the same access to secondary school students as provided to institutions of higher education or prospective employers.

Encourages school districts to sponsor an armed forces career opportunity day each school year prior to the third Thursday of November, with invitations extended to recruiters from each branch of the United States armed forces.

Amends section 121A.39 to encourage school counselors to present and explain career opportunities and benefits offered by the United States armed forces and share information provided by armed forces recruiters.

Allows counselors, school social workers, and teachers providing academic, college, and career planning support to satisfy professional development requirements for license renewal by submitting evidence of training on armed forces career options.
