Requires the commissioner to report the percentage of students who correctly answered at least 30 of 50 civics test questions in accordance with section 120B.02, subdivision 3.

Adds civics test performance data to the list of school performance metrics that must be included in annual school performance reports.

Requires the commissioner to develop, annually update, and post school performance reports on the department website consistent with existing reporting requirements.

Effective for the 2018-2019 school year and later, with reports to be posted by September 1 each year, or October 1 in years when reports reflect new performance standards.
