Adds new subdivision (c) to Minnesota Statutes 126C.10, subdivision 2a to expand extended time revenue eligibility to pupils enrolled in career and technical education or STEM courses offered for secondary credit outside the regular school day.

Extended time revenue for CTE and STEM courses equals membership hours divided by minimum annual instructional hours (not to exceed 0.20), multiplied by pupil unit weighting, multiplied by $5,117.

Authorizes school districts to use extended time revenue for extended day programs, extended week programs, summer school, vacation break academies, and other learning year program activities.

Effective for revenue beginning in fiscal year 2019 and later.
