Amends Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 347.51, subdivision 2, regarding dangerous dog registration requirements.

Requires animal control authorities to submit an annual list of all registered dangerous dogs to the Board of Animal Health by January 15 each year, including the location of each registered dog.

Directs the Board of Animal Health to publish the dangerous dog lists from each animal control authority on its website.

Maintains existing registration requirements including proper enclosure, warning signs, surety bond or liability insurance of at least $300,000, annual fee of up to $500, and microchip identification.
