• Modifies P-20 Education Partnership to expand Statewide Longitudinal Education Data System (SLEDS) reporting on student outcomes for diverse populations including at-risk students, English learners, and children with disabilities.

• Reorders teacher candidate grant eligibility requirements to prioritize satisfactory academic progress first, then intent to teach in shortage areas or belonging to underrepresented racial or ethnic groups, with maximum stipend of $7,500.

• Consolidates supplemental loan program references from sections 136A.1701 and 136A.1702 to 136A.1704 throughout statute.

• Requires schools to disclose student complaint process to students through websites, student handbooks, and catalogs under sections 136A.672 and 136A.8295.

• Provides $175,000 in Emergency Assistance for Postsecondary Students to eligible institutions for homeless students to cover housing, food, and transportation needs.
