Reduces the licensing fee for manufactured home installers from $300 to $180 for a three-year period under Minnesota Statutes section 326B.815.

Manufactured home installers remain subject to all fees in section 326B.092 and requirements of sections 326B.802 to 326B.885 with specific exceptions listed in statute.

Manufactured home installers are exempt from continuing education requirements in sections 326B.0981, 326B.099, and 326B.821, but must comply with continuing education rules adopted under section 327B.10.

Local government units are prohibited from placing surcharges on manufactured home installer license fees or charging separate fees to installers.

Manufactured home installers are not subject to the contractor recovery fund requirement in section 326B.89.
