Commissioner of Health must submit quarterly reports on the Office of Health Facility Complaints' response to vulnerable adult maltreatment allegations until January 2021, then annually thereafter

Reports must include descriptions and assessments of the office's efforts to improve internal processes and compliance with federal and state requirements, including relevant timelines

Reports must contain statistics on reports received by reporter type, number investigated, cases awaiting triage, open investigations, and investigations failing to meet state or federal timelines with causes of delay

Reports must include trend analysis of internal audits conducted by the office and trends in maltreatment patterns, licensing violations, and other metrics determined by the commissioner
