Amends Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 59B.02 to expand the definition of "service contract" to include repair or replacement of motor vehicle tires or wheels damaged by road hazards.

Adds coverage for removal of dents on motor vehicles using paintless dent removal without affecting paint finish or requiring body panel replacement.

Includes repair of chips or cracks in motor vehicle windshields or windshield replacement resulting from road hazard damage.

Adds coverage for replacement of inoperable, lost, or stolen motor vehicle keys or key fobs.

Creates new definition of "road hazard" as any danger encountered while driving a motor vehicle, including potholes, rocks, debris, metal parts, glass, plastic, curbs, or composite scraps.
