Commissioner of Management and Budget must submit specific information to the Legislative Coordinating Commission when submitting collective bargaining agreements or compensation plans under Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 3.855

For each agency and proposed agreement, submit a comparison of biennial compensation costs between current and proposed agreements, itemized separately for general fund and all other fund sources

For each agency and proposed agreement, identify the amount of additional biennial compensation costs attributable to salaries and wages versus nonsalary and nonwage benefits

For each agency, provide aggregate impact analysis showing the combined effect of all agreements and plans being submitted under the four required categories
