Amends Minnesota Statutes sections 626.90, 626.91, 626.92, and 626.93 to add new subdivisions addressing tribal law enforcement authority after revocation of mutual aid or cooperative agreements.

Allows tribal law enforcement agencies to continue operating and appointing peace officers even after a local unit of government revokes a mutual aid/cooperative agreement, provided the tribal governing body reaffirms required agreements.

Applies to the Mille Lacs Band under section 626.90, the Redwood County community under section 626.91, bands under section 626.92, and tribes under section 626.93.

Requires tribal governing bodies to reaffirm agreements and fulfill other requirements specified in the underlying statute subdivisions to maintain law enforcement authority after agreement revocation.
