$1,000,000 appropriated from bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority as a grant to the city of Two Harbors for main lift station improvements and renovation.

Funded improvements include building repairs, HVAC and electrical system replacement, site grading, new pumps, pump drivers, valves, SCADA instrumentation, process controls, piping, and influent grinder for the wastewater treatment facility.

Commissioner of management and budget authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $1,000,000 to provide the appropriated funds.

Appropriation becomes available only when the commissioner determines sufficient resources have been committed to complete the project.

Effective the day following final enactment.
