School districts must provide teachers with testing reports before the following school year showing student achievement levels in each content area and performance history, effective for the 2018-2019 school year and later.

Commissioner must publicly report test results including performance achievement levels, demographic factors correlating with performance (including student homelessness), and comparative data across school sites, districts, states, and nations.
