• Appropriates $4,143,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the adjutant general for design, construction, renovation, furnishing, and equipping the National Guard Readiness Center in Brainerd.

• Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $4,143,000 to fund the appropriation.

• Unspent appropriations from the project become available for statewide asset preservation under Minnesota Statutes, section 16B.307.

• Takes effect the day following final enactment.
