Appropriates unspecified amount from general fund in fiscal year 2019 to commissioner of human services for grants supporting four pilot projects delivering school-linked mental health services by telemedicine.

Requires two pilot projects in greater Minnesota, one in the seven-county metropolitan area excluding Minneapolis and St. Paul, and one in Minneapolis or St. Paul.

Grants available to new or existing mental health providers.

Commissioner must report to legislative committees with jurisdiction over mental health on pilot project effectiveness six months after funds are fully expended.
