Amends Minnesota Statutes section 169.865 to define "qualifying agricultural products" as raw or unprocessed agricultural products, livestock and poultry feed, seed, fertilizer, potash, and agricultural lime.

Authorizes six-axle vehicles to haul qualifying agricultural products at gross weights up to 90,000 pounds year-round and 99,000 pounds during commissioner-designated seasonal periods for a $300 annual permit fee.

Authorizes seven-axle vehicles to haul qualifying agricultural products at gross weights up to 97,000 pounds year-round and 99,000 pounds during commissioner-designated seasonal periods for a $500 annual permit fee.

Requires drivers of seven-axle vehicles to comply with federal driver qualification requirements under Code of Federal Regulations title 49, parts 40 and 382, unless exempt.

Allows six-axle vehicles transporting sealed intermodal containers to operate on interstate highways if permitted by the United States Department of Transportation.
