$1,000,000 appropriated from bond proceeds fund to the Commissioner of Natural Resources for a grant to the city of Gilbert for campground and trailhead improvements.

Funds support expansion of Sherwood Forest Campground office facility as an off-highway vehicle trailhead, campground expansion, utility upgrades, new shower building, beach and boat landing improvements, and parking area expansion.

Appropriation becomes available only when the Commissioner of Management and Budget determines sufficient resources have been committed to complete the project.

Commissioner of Management and Budget authorized to sell and issue up to $1,000,000 in state bonds to provide the appropriated funds, per Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631-16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4-7.

Effective the day following final enactment.
