Appropriates $234,582.38 in fiscal year 2019 from the general fund for exoneration awards under the Imprisonment and Exoneration Remedies Act to Sammy Gerald Jackson ($20,446.08), Hollis John Larson ($82,500), and Ronnie Earl Patterson ($131,636.30).

Appropriates $12,305.67 to the Department of Revenue for full and final payment of Randy Dooley's claim for taxes paid to Minnesota on transactions occurring in South Dakota.

Appropriates $14,404.26 to the Department of Corrections for claims under Minnesota Statutes sections 3.738 and 3.739, including $4,195.26 for sentence-to-service and community work service claims under $7,000 and $10,209 for Joseph Rosales' permanent finger injuries sustained at Minnesota Correctional Facility-Stillwater.

All appropriations are available until June 30, 2019.
