Requires AGlobal Education to develop a STEM lab center by remodeling the Orchid Inn in Sleepy Eye, targeting grades 6-12 students in greater Minnesota with emphasis on agriculture-related STEM careers.

STEM lab center must focus on developing STEM and agriculture programs through local, state, and international collaboration with businesses, postsecondary institutions, and school districts.

Center must provide career pathways, educator professional development, international exchange access, and project-based learning opportunities that emphasize global competence and technical workplace skills.

AGlobal Education must establish a STEM education advisory committee and submit annual reports to the legislature and commissioner of agriculture beginning January 15, 2020, including financial reports.

Appropriates $35,000,000 from the general fund to the Department of Agriculture as a one-time grant to AGlobal Education, available until June 30, 2020, with no base funding for fiscal year 2021 and beyond.
