Increases Rural Health Advisory Committee membership from 15 to 16 members by adding a licensed dentist licensed under chapter 150A as a required member.

Renumbers existing committee positions to accommodate the new dentist position, with all members required to reside outside the seven-county metropolitan area.

Dentist member must be licensed under Minnesota Statutes chapter 150A and appointed by the governor based on commissioner recommendations.

Committee continues to include representatives from legislature, health care providers, hospitals, nursing homes, educators, and consumers with existing governance structure under section 15.059.
