Removes the Minnesota Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities from the annual reporting requirement regarding programs and services for people with disabilities

Retains reporting obligations for the Minnesota State Council on Disability and the Arc of Minnesota to submit reports by January 15 each year beginning in 2012

Reports must describe state policies, goals, and data for disability programs including employment, transportation, housing, education, quality assurance, consumer direction, physical and programmatic access, and health

State commissioners administering disability programs must cooperate with and provide existing published information to the remaining reporting organizations to assist in report preparation
