Appropriates $30,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Minnesota Historical Society for improvements at Historic Fort Snelling.

Authorizes demolition of the existing visitor center and construction of new facilities including renovation, furnishing, equipment, landscaping, and wayfinding.

Directs the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $30,000,000 to fund the appropriation.

Bond sale and issuance procedures governed by Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Effective the day following final enactment.
