Appropriates unspecified amount from general fund in fiscal year 2019 to the Office of the Legislative Auditor to conduct a study comparing financing of charter schools and traditional public schools.

Study must examine differences in funding and their scope and impact on educational opportunities for students.

Office of the Legislative Auditor shall deliver study findings and recommendations to chairs and ranking minority members of legislative committees with jurisdiction over kindergarten through grade 12 education by January 30, 2019.

Effective the day following final enactment.
