Appropriates $1,000,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2019 to the commissioner of health for a grant to a nonprofit community dental clinic serving Olmsted County and surrounding areas.

Grant funds must support a new regional facility in Rochester for predesign, design, construction, renovation, furnishing, and equipping.

Clinic will provide preventive and restorative dental care, prevention education to pregnant mothers and parents, community outreach, and clinic-based training for dental students.

This is a one-time appropriation.
