• Appropriates $30,964,000 total for fiscal year 2019 across higher education agencies: $2,464,000 to Minnesota Office of Higher Education, $18,500,000 to Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Board of Trustees, and $10,000,000 to University of Minnesota Board of Regents.

• Provides $1,100,000 for state grant program and establishes $1,364,000 Minnesota Reconnect pilot program for adult learners ages 25-61 with prior college credits to complete credentials at four specified community colleges.
