• Clarifies that brew on premises store owners are not considered brewers, manufacturers, wholesalers, or retailers if they comply with state law and federal regulations (Code of Federal Regulations, title 27, part 25, subpart L, sections 25.205 and 25.206).

• Permits tasting of malt liquor brewed by customers or employees at brew on premises stores if the liquor is not sold or offered for sale and is provided on the premises.

• Requires customers using brew on premises stores to be of legal drinking age and restricts customer-brewed malt liquor to personal or family use only.

• Permits tasting of wine made by customers or employees at winemaking on premises stores if the wine is not sold or offered for sale and is provided on the premises.

• Prohibits persons under age 21 from participating in wine making at winemaking on premises establishments.
