Requires the Minnesota Commissioner of Veterans Affairs to design, produce, and distribute a commemorative ribbon and medallion recognizing service in the United States armed forces during the Korean War.

Commissioner may contract for the design and production of the ribbon and medallion.

Commissioner must establish service requirements to qualify for the ribbon and medallion and provide them at no charge to eligible Minnesota residents who request them.

Commissioner must distribute ribbons and medallions to qualifying individuals by July 27, 2019.

Adds use of Support Our Troops account funds in fiscal year 2019 for the design, production, and distribution of the commemorative Korean War ribbon and medallion, with funds available until expended.
