$7,500,000 appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Albertville to design and construct wastewater infrastructure improvements

Appropriation is available only when the commissioner of management and budget determines sufficient resources have been committed to complete the project, as required by Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.502

Commissioner of management and budget authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $7,500,000 to provide funding, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7
