Amends Minnesota Statutes 2017 Supplement, section 46.131, subdivision 11 to expand funding sources for the financial institutions account in the special revenue fund.

Adds funds from 29 additional statutory provisions to the financial institutions account, including provisions related to financial institutions, lending, insurance, and commerce regulations.

Retains existing funding sources from assessments under subdivision 7, examination fees under subdivision 8, and funds received pursuant to subdivision 10.

Maintains that earnings including interest, dividends, and other earnings from account assets are credited to the account.

Makes the changes effective July 1, 2019, with funds in the account annually appropriated to the commissioner of commerce for activities under this section.
