Appropriates $640,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Commissioner of Natural Resources for a grant to Olmsted County to remove sedimentation in Lake Zumbro deposited after the Lake Shady Dam removal on the middle fork of the Zumbro River.

Covers final engineering, dredging, and dredged soil disposal costs for the sedimentation removal project.

Appropriation is available only when the Commissioner of Management and Budget determines that sufficient resources have been committed to complete the project, as required under Minnesota Statutes section 16A.502.

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $640,000 to provide the appropriated funds, following procedures under Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
