Amends Minnesota Statutes section 171.27 to add Peace Corps volunteers to the existing military service exception for driver's license renewal requirements.

Extends driver's license validity for Peace Corps volunteers serving outside Minnesota, allowing licenses to remain valid without renewal until one year after separation from volunteer service.

Applies the same license renewal exception to spouses of both active military service members and Peace Corps volunteers.

For regular licenses, validity extends until the license holder's birthday in the fourth full year following the most recent renewal; for provisional licenses, validity extends until the birthday in the third full year following renewal.

Introduced April 26, 2018 and referred to the Senate Transportation Finance and Policy Committee.
