Changes the date of Minnesota's state primary election from the second Tuesday after the third Monday in August to the first Tuesday after the third Monday in June in even-numbered years

Moves the deadline for municipalities to establish combined polling places from May 1 to March 1, and changes the deadline for withdrawing from combined polling place participation from April 1 to February 1

Changes multiple administrative deadlines related to primary elections from May or April to March, including deadlines for election judge appointment lists, example ballots, and municipal/school board primary resolutions

Applies the same June primary date to municipal primaries, school district primaries, and presidential nomination primaries in odd-numbered years

Effective January 1, 2019, and applies to all elections conducted on or after that date
