Appropriates $20,000 in fiscal year 2019 from the general fund to the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities for programming targeted at Native youth in and around the Little Earth housing complex.

Appropriates $100,000 in fiscal year 2019 from the general fund to the American Indian Opportunities Industrialization Center for programming targeted at Native youth in and around the Little Earth housing complex.

Appropriates $100,000 in fiscal year 2019 from the general fund to the American Indian Center for the Ginew/Golden Eagle program.

All three appropriations are distributed through the commissioner of employment and economic development and are designated as onetime appropriations.

Total appropriations amount to $220,000 for Native youth development programs in the Little Earth area.
