Establishes a permanent DWI Advisory Task Force with 14 members including two state senators, two house representatives, peace officer, prosecutor, assistant attorney general, Department of Public Safety representative, probation officer, district court judge, MADD/safe driving organization representative, and four criminal defense attorneys.

Task force members representing the judiciary, law enforcement, and defense perspectives are appointed by the Commissioner of Public Safety, while legislative members are appointed by their respective chamber leaders.

Task force shall meet regularly to discuss DWI-related issues, monitor emerging developments, and make recommendations to the legislature on changes to DWI law.

Department of Public Safety shall provide meeting space and administrative support services to the task force.

Appropriates unspecified amount from general fund to Commissioner of Public Safety for fiscal year ending June 30, 2019, to implement the task force.
