Amends Minnesota Statutes section 176.011, subdivision 18, to modify weekly wage calculations for workers' compensation purposes.

Creates a special wage calculation rule for agricultural workers employed fewer than 30 calendar days per year who have concurrent employment or work for multiple employers.

Agricultural workers meeting the criteria must have their weekly wage calculated using either five times their daily agricultural wage or their other concurrent employment wage, whichever is higher.

Maintains existing wage calculation methods for all other workers, including the standard formula of dividing total days worked in the last 26 weeks by weeks worked.

Applies to permanent partial disability, permanent total disability, and death benefits under workers' compensation law.
