• Creates a 12-member Reinvest in Fish Hatcheries Citizen-Legislative Advisory Group to study the Department of Natural Resources' fish stocking programs, fish reproduction, and the status of Minnesota's fish hatchery system.

• Advisory group must analyze fish and angling-related economics, state tax revenue, angler surveys and priorities, fisheries long-range plans, and the status of 18 named fish hatchery facilities across Minnesota.
