Removes the sunset provision from the compensatory education revenue pilot project by eliminating language limiting it to fiscal years 2014-2015.

Establishes that compensatory education revenue for each building equals the formula allowance minus $839 times the compensation revenue pupil units for fiscal year 2015 and all later years.

Requires compensatory revenue to be paid to the district contracting with alternative programs or serving as fiscal agent for area learning centers in the current school year when such districts change before the school year begins.

Makes the amendment effective for revenue calculations beginning in fiscal year 2018.
