Eliminates the dedication of 50 cents from each annual deer license and 50 cents from the lifetime fish and wildlife trust fund to the wolf management and monitoring account under subdivision 7.

The elimination becomes effective July 1 of the year following the year the wolf is delisted under the federal Endangered Species Act.

Maintains existing dedications of deer and bear license revenue for deer management programs ($2 per license), deer and bear management programs ($1 per license), and emergency deer feeding and cervidae health management (50 cents per license).

When emergency deer feeding and cervidae health management account balance exceeds $2,500,000 at fiscal year-end, excess funds are canceled and redirected to deer and bear management programs and computerized licensing.
