MNsure Board must provide quarterly reports to legislative health and human services committees on interagency and service-level agreements valued over $100,000 or cumulative related agreements exceeding $100,000.

Commissioner of Health must provide quarterly reports to legislative health and human services committees on interagency and service-level agreements valued over $100,000 or cumulative related agreements exceeding $100,000.

Commissioner of Human Services must provide quarterly reports to legislative health and human services committees on interagency and service-level agreements valued over $100,000 or cumulative related agreements exceeding $100,000.

All three entities must report on appropriation transfers exceeding $100,000 between accounts within or between agencies.

Required report contents include statutory citation authorizing the agreement, purpose, effective date, duration of agreement, and a copy of the agreement (removes requirement to include agreement copy for certain reports).
