Amends Minnesota Statutes section 126C.10, subdivision 2c to modify the small schools revenue calculation for eligible school districts.

Changes the pupil unit threshold from 960 to 1,500 in both paragraph (b) and paragraph (d) calculations for determining small schools revenue eligibility.

Applies to regular school districts only, excluding charter schools, and allows qualifying high schools in districts with at least two high schools to be considered as separate "districts" for revenue calculation purposes under paragraph (d).

Effective for revenue calculations in fiscal year 2018 and later.
