Establishes the Select Committee on Health Care Consumer Access and Affordability pursuant to Mason's Manual of Legislative Procedure, Sections 639 to 645

Committee is tasked with making findings and recommendations to the Senate on consumer access to health care issues, including health care costs

Committee has no authority to consider bills and bills cannot be referred to it

Subcommittee on Committees shall appoint seven Senate members to the committee and designate the chair and vice-chair

Committee automatically dissolves upon adjournment sine die of the 2018 Senate, 90th Session
