Notes that the school's graduation rate exceeds Minnesota's state goal of 90 percent by 2020 and the state average of 82.7 percent.

Recognizes Minnesota's traditional leadership in education quality and the importance of superior organization, leadership, curriculum, student outcomes, and school-community relationships.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to prepare an enrolled copy of the resolution authenticated by the Secretary and Chair of the Senate Rules and Administration Committee and transmit it to the school board.
