Recognizes the zoo's international conservation leadership including tiger conservation, restoration of trumpeter swans and bison, and ongoing projects for prairie butterflies, freshwater mussels, and turtles.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to prepare an authenticated enrolled copy and transmit it to the Minnesota Zoo.
