Recognizes that the district exceeded the state goal of 90 percent graduation rate by 2020 and surpassed the state average of 82.7 percent.

Acknowledges Minnesota's tradition of leading the nation in education quality through commitment to progressive methods and successful student outcomes.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to prepare an enrolled copy of the resolution, authenticated by the Secretary and Chair of the Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to the school district's board.
