Congratulates Collin Ryks of Montrose, Minnesota, for receiving the Eagle Award, the highest award given by the Boy Scouts of America.

Recognizes that Ryks is a member of Boy Scouts of America Troop 312 who has demonstrated mastery of all scouting skills and responsible service.

Notes that Ryks completed a community service project involving construction of 21 concrete tee boxes for the City of Montrose disc golf course.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to prepare an authenticated copy of the resolution and transmit it to Collin Ryks.

Eagle Court of Honor scheduled for Saturday, June 2, 2018, at the Montrose Community Center.
