Establishes September 8, 2019 as a day of recognition for the 100th anniversary of Minnesota's passage of the 19th Amendment, making Minnesota the 15th state to ratify.

Encourages historical, civil, government, nonprofit, educational, business, and other organizations to conduct educational programs about voting rights and the 19th Amendment.

Appropriates $200,000 from the arts and cultural heritage fund in fiscal year 2020 to the Minnesota Historical Society for commemorating the centennial of women's suffrage.

Authorizes funding for statewide outreach to increase awareness of women's suffrage history and grants to local civic and historical organizations, with the Minnesota Historical Society providing grant administration.

Allows the Minnesota Historical Society to create a community advisory committee in collaboration with the League of Women Voters Minnesota to ensure diverse voices guide commemoration activities.
