Amends Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 124D.09, subdivision 3, to clarify definitions related to postsecondary enrollment options eligibility.

Replaces reference to "North Central Association of Colleges and Schools" with "a United States Department of Education recognized accrediting agency" for opportunities industrialization centers.

Defines "eligible institution" to include Minnesota public postsecondary institutions, private nonprofit two-year trade and technical schools, accredited opportunities industrialization centers, and private residential liberal arts colleges or universities in Minnesota.

Defines "concurrent enrollment" as nonsectarian courses where eligible students earn both secondary and postsecondary credits, taught by secondary or postsecondary faculty at high schools eligible for concurrent enrollment program aid.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
