Adds intentional and inappropriate patting, touching, pinching, or other physical contact with a student that is sexually motivated as grounds for revocation, suspension, or denial of a teaching license.

Requires automatic revocation of a teacher's license without a hearing upon conviction of specified crimes including child abuse, sex trafficking, sexual abuse, solicitation of children, and any offense requiring registration as a predatory offender.

Allows teachers whose licenses were revoked under the automatic revocation provision to petition for reconsideration if their criminal conviction is reversed or they receive a pardon, with the board holding a disciplinary hearing to determine if they remain disqualified based on immoral character or conduct.

Mandates automatic revocation of a teacher's license if the teacher has engaged in sexual penetration as defined in statute with a student enrolled at the school where the teacher works or volunteers.

Delegates authority to the Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board to suspend or revoke coaching licenses.
