Appropriates $20,000 in fiscal year 2020 from the arts and cultural heritage fund to the commissioner of administration for developing a second ten-year plan.

Second ten-year plan must include goals and measurable outcomes to guide legislature in awarding money and addressing needs of underserved communities.

Commissioner must review and amend the existing 25-year framework to include the importance of American Indian history and culture to Minnesota and the need to celebrate and engage communities with American Indian history, arts, and culture.

Commissioner must report to legislative committees with jurisdiction over the arts and cultural heritage fund no later than January 15, 2020, with both the second ten-year plan and amended 25-year framework.
