Amends Minnesota Statutes section 144.69 to allow transfer of personal identifiers from the cancer reporting system to other states' cancer registries, provided those states maintain the same data classification protections.

Permits the cancer reporting system to share information excluding direct identifiers (name, Social Security number, telephone number, street address) with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's National Program of Cancer Registries and the National Cancer Institute's Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results Program.

Changes terminology throughout Minnesota Statutes sections 13.3806 and 144.671 from "cancer surveillance system" to "cancer reporting system" for consistency.

Maintains the private classification of cancer reporting data and preserves existing restrictions on disclosure as misdemeanor offenses.
